Change password via command line
« on: September 15, 2015, 07:34:18 AM »
Is there a way to automate password change via command line such that the user is not prompted to change the password again when they login?  We are able to use ARSXML to change the passwords but once that user logs in, they are required to change their password again.  Would like the password that is set to be a permanent one. OD 9.0.0.3 on AIX / DB2.  Thanks.

Hello cchatter,

at my knowledge, it is not possible anymore. It was possible until the command "arsadm" was still available, but now... it's not...

maybe to post it in the request new functionality forum.
