Author Topic: Unable to log load information into System log/system Load Table  (Read 1523 times)

Hi All,

We are using CMOD 8.5.0.11 AIX ,Today we got issue , we unable to make entry for anything into system log /system load table .
Sudden we got below error .

An error occurred.  Contact your system administrator and/or consult the System Log.  File=arsadmin.c, Line=2587

arsload: Unable to log load information
arsload: Processing has stopped.  The remaining files will NOT be processed.


Please suggest how to fix this .

You haven't given us much in the way of troubleshooting information.  What steps have you taken to try to resolve the issue?  Which logs have you looked at?

arsload: Unable to log load information  indicates that there is a problem with the database or cache -- it couldn't insert the data into the table, or write the log file to the cache.
