CD-ROM installations and missing file

Hi
I got an email from someone who is a customer of our company, but not from my department.
He has got a CDROM with documents but he struggles to open the client after installation.
Looks like all works ok untill he gets to the login part, then he gets an error : ARSSCK32.DLL not found

Anyone who has this file and can copy the file and email it to me ?

Worth mentioning : He has tried to install the cdrom 3 times, and it worked on one pc, they where able to login and view documents .. but then it did not work again

Probably better off to download an old version of the client and try to use that to access the CD ROM as a server.
