Thank you guys so much for your quick responses!
Well if I right click and "Copy Document Data To File..." it stores the document to a tif file perfectly, it also displays the document natively in the OnDemand Client V10.1 perfectly.
Thanks for the information regarding the code page, it makes sense that it is for the index file only.
I had to provide 28 documents that happend to be stored as tiffs, I did manually it so there is no rush to come up with a solution, I just am trying to figure it out in case I need to do it on a larger scale next time I have a plan to provide quicker service.
The Kofax IBM Content Manager OnDemand Release script must be converting it?
