Title: System Load Application Group
Post by: Michel de Kraker on March 05, 2018, 01:22:02 AM
Hi All

Question about the System Load Application Group. It is optional. Can it be safely deleted from the admin client?

Kind regards,

Michel.

Got already an answer from IBM Support.
Yes it can be deleted. I got a procedure from IBM.

Regards,

Michel.

It contains a lot of useful information though...  What's the rationale for deleting it?

What's the reason to delete the Sytem Load? Was there a specific issue you decided to delete the system load and can you share the procedure.

The procedure is simply deleting the Application Group in the admin client.

I'm still curious as to why.  :)

I am curious as why.

I was told once YEARS ago by one of our leads to NOT the system Load for whatever reason. It was pretty much. "Dont use it" "Why" "Dont use it". this was when I had about 5 minutes of CMOD experience.

Hi all

In my version 8.5.0.6 system load AG was not present. After following the upgrade instructions to version 10.1 I was left with an uncorrectly created system load AG , so I asked IBM if I could delete that AG.
What is the exact command btw to create the system load AG?

Kind regards

Michel.

The System Load Application Group is created with arssyscr:

Code: [Select]
arssyscr -I archive -a
