Title: ICN Error Message

Running ICN on Windows 12 in a multiple PC environment.  When searching a particular folder, my customer receives this message, "An add-on for this folder failed to run".  I'm thinking it's his PC specifically.  I can search on my PC and it works fine.  Any suggestions would be most helpful!
