Title: CMOD rollback after failed software upgrade
Post by: JMichael on January 26, 2024, 03:50:15 PM
Hello, my team tried to upgrade CMOD to v10.0.5.7 and had to rollback due to installer issues.  Team rolled back from a snapshot prior to the upgrade.  Now some of the incoming CMOD report files are failing to load with the error below.  Has anyone experienced this and or can provide some insight into a resolution?

An error occured.  Consult the sys admin and system log
"Unable to store object >2546258<  Object size 300"

Best to backup all your config files, uninstall CMOD, then go back to the base level, and restore the previous FixPack level.

Unfortunately, you haven't given us much info to diagnose the issue -- there should be System Log messages around the time of the error that will reveal the underlying issue.

There's some troubleshooting information on the wiki:
