Title: Is there an alternative to iNav for creating Storage Set

If I do not have access to a web browser and iNav, is there any alternative way to create the initial Disk Pool and Storage Set/Migration Policy needed when creating a new OnDemand Instance.  I looked at ARSXML but there does not seem to be an option for creating these.  Am I missing something or are there any other options?  Using OnDemand for iSeries v.7.4.

IBM Navigator for i is the only available interface for creating disk pools and migration policies.
