In version 9.5 for CMOD the ODWEK or OnDemand Web Enablement Kit is now bundled or included with the full install. Is there any way just to download \ install the ODWEK for the different platforms (windows, Linux, aix) without going through the full install?
After reading through this link (http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEPCD_9.5.0/com.ibm.ondemandtoc.doc/redbooks.htm ) I have found another link to a redbook describing the ODWEK platforms and install. Only chapter 12 talks about the install for the windows environment. See Referenced HTML Version of Redbook below.

The end goal I am trying to accomplish is to supply the internal web team with the necessary files to install and use the odwek for (AIX, windows, and linux).

Nope, you need to use the full installer, and then only configure the components you need.

Does this mean that I need to install CMOD for windows/linux, and grab the correct files that I need to hand over?

Nope, it means you run the installer on the system where ODWEK is going to be installed, then you configure ODWEK without configuring CMOD.
I think there was a thread about this on the forums on LinkedIn.

Does the install of odwek in Windows create/update/depend upon registry entries? Or it is simply an msi file that gets run?

Windows install will add some entries in the registry, yes. But if you don't configure CMOD server inside, since you want only ODWEK components, nothing else will be changed in the registry.
You must run the EXE file, which contains the full installation, with also pre-req (like GSKit). There are no MSI.
