I have gone through the ERM documentation of adding a new folder specifically for Holds. Yet, after applying holds to certain documents, I can't view them via the new folder. When I use my regular folder, I see the documents with the lock icon using a date range. The new Hold folder has only one field, Holds, equal to my defned hold. Yet I keep getting No Documents Found. Not sure what I am doing wrong at this point. Any suggestions?
