Is anyone running any version of CMOD on a redhat linux image of version #8?
-
I have it running on a VM that I use for testing and it runs with no issues.
-
what database(Version) are you using as well?
-
DB2 V11.1, fixpack 4
-
Any assistance would be helpful...
In an attempt to stand up a CMOD image our DBA is trying to install DB2 v11.1 on RHEL V8 and getting ...
"prereqSAM: Error: Prerequisite checking for the ITSAMP installation failed: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.1 x86_64"
Thoughts?

I've never seen that specific error, Did you run prereqcheck? I forget the name of the executable. It's in the /server directory. It will list out a bunch of yum packages required for db2.
