Title: arsgui.cfg path can be changed?

Hi,
Our Windows OD Client(V9.5) is part of the Cloud VM installation, where the Binaries and configuration files are placed in the common path and are not editable.
ex: arsgui.cfg file found in the below path
C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Microsoft\AppV\Client\Integration\XXXXXX\Root\VFS\ProgramFilesX86\IBM\OnDemand32\arsgui.cfg

Is possible to load this arsgui.cfg file from different path while invoking the OnDemand Viewer Client?
=> Any Registery can be changed to point to a differnt path ? or
=> it can be set in the any prefernces setting of the OD Viewer Client before login to the CMOD Server session
Please suggest.
