Hi,
I'm having an issue with this particular error code when attempting to load the application into CMOD.   It has been successful on other days, but there are several days throwing the following error codes.   What should I be looking for?

Report Indexing / Variable Line Data

Hi All,
90% of all of our applications are Fixed line data.   However, we have 10% that come through as Variable.  As a result, they fail because the record lengths do not match up.   I've tried changing the application parameters from Fixed to Variable and retesting/loading, but they continue to fail.   Is there something I am missing?  Thanks!  Michelle

Report Indexing / Troubleshooting Return Codes

Good Morning,
I'm attempting to load applications and decypher return codes in our system logs from failed applications.   Please see the attached PDF for examples of our most common ones.   After reading our documentation, I still dont have a clear understanding of these types of errors.    I apologize, I'm a new at this.

Can someone please give more information on Return code 16 and why its used in conjunction with return codes 310 and 255?  (What are they?)    Also Return Code 8, is a mystery also.   

Any information or suggestions on how to fix would be greatly appreciated.   Thanks, Michelle
