We have a user attempting to do a FIND ALL search. The issue is they aren't getting the "matches" box showing the results of the search. since she is the only one not getting this, we are assuming its something to do with her browser...Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd also be checking out her user permissions in CMOD.

Thanks Justin...I believe this user has the same permissions as other users in her group that aren't having her issue..that's why we believed maybe it was something specific on your PC...what permissions exactly should be be looking at? Thanks for the help!!!
