The indexer info (trigger, field, index) are defined in the report application, however this is the error I receive. Any info & support to resolve is appreciated.

J - what platform are you running this on?
What are your ACIF indexing parms?
Have you read the following about ASCII input?

Check them to see if there's anything in them that might help you out and report back with what troubleshooting tasks you've tried, and how they turned out.

Thanks for the helpful information. Before troubleshooting, my client revised the index values required for the report. After redefining to the new index values the report loaded successfully.
