Title: ARSLOAD daemon works for PDF reports but not for text reports

Hi all,
We recently implemented CMOD. We have setup to run arsload daemon to pickup pdf reports to and index them from arsload folder. Now we have a need to setup new text reports.
But text (.ard) reports are failing when we try to load using the daemon.
Can someone help me figure out why?. These load fine when I run arsload from the command line.

What platform are you running on?  Version?  Can you share any error messages you are getting?
