Hello Everyone,
I am trying to update some existing PDF Application from Ondemand Admin client 10.1.0.5.
But, the system never loads the document into the graphical indexer application. If I remove the arspdf32.api from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins folder.
The system will popup the following message:
Adobe Acrobat (AcroExch.App rc=-2147467259) could not be loaded!
I must killed the applications(OnDemand and Adobe) via the Task Manager.
I'm currently running Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.013.00064 and CMOD OnDemand Client 10.1.0.5(32 bit).
What else could I be missing?
Please, thanks in advance

its been a long time, so brain is a little foggy...… but at one time I do know if one of them ( client or adobe) was 64 bit, it would not load in the pdf graphical indexer

Did this ever get resolved?
Does the select a file screen come up?
Or do you select a file and then it freezes?
