General / AFP with colored JPEG

Hi All,

Would anyone know why the CMOD client would crash when trying to view an AFP with a colored JPEG images in it?

We did not see this behavior when the AFP had black-and-white JPEG images in it. 

It might not be because of the color or black-and-white appearance, but this is the only difference that I could see for now.

Is there any specific JPEG format that is required for compatibility? Any article that I could refer to?

General / Failed Loading AFP to OD server

Hello All,

I'm facing a peculiar issue where when I send a bunch of documents in a single AFP file it fails to load, however when I send the same set of documents segregated into 1 / 2 / 5 document(s) per AFP file, these have loaded successfully .

I understand that the CMOD server has a 2 GB limit on accepting an AFP file, but my AFP file (consisting of all the documents) is only around 4 MB.

Has anyone faced such an issue? If yes, I would request to know the possible root causes and the resolutions?

Unfortunately, I don't have a comprehensive log to post here as the team managing the CMOD server is not providing the same  .
