We recently upgraded from 8.5 to 9.5 in our lower development regions for now.
We are now facing an issue with one of our reprint job(HITLIST job) , which uses the "STRUCTURED-API-PROGRAM ARSAPIIX" call to retrieve the statements.
We confirmed the account details that are being passed as input to the job as present in Ondemand .Also confirmed with multiple display statements in the program to see that the input data is being passed pre and post the call. Post the API call , messages are populated as "no statement found" .
Same job in Production which runs on 8.5 works fine .
Anything else we need to look for or update for 9.5 version? Please advice. Thanks in advance.
