Unless it's changed recently you may have that backwards.  I've always called the '-n' option "no-delete".  I'll go check the docs for v9.5 to confirm.

Like reported. My XLS files still existed, after successful arsload with generic indexer. Using server 8.5.0.8 and before.

Currently testing server code 9.5.0.3 and XLS file is cleaned up after successful arsload and XLS files remain, when arsload fails.

I haven't reported this to IBM support, but handling of Group_Filename within IND file has changed.

GROUP_FILENAME:/arsacif4/outfile_06126.xlsm

The IBM CMOD Best Practises - 033015v2 - under Generic Indexer section. Documents that all (3) files are removed, after successful arsload.

Generic indexer working, how you would expect. Cleaning up (trigger, index, data) files after successful load.
