Getting an ARS4309E when loading AFP file into CMOD.

Hi,

We are getting an ARS4309E when loading an AFP file into OnDemand. Below is the messages from the error log.

APK390S DATA IN AN INPUT RECORD OR RESOURCE IS INVALID: THE IOB STRUCTURED FIELD CONTAINS A '4C'X TRIPLET THAT HAS AN INVALID VALUE. THE INVALID VALUE STARTS IN BYTE 7 OF THE TRIPLET.
APK105I THE ERROR REPORTED ABOVE OCCURRED IN LOGICAL RECORD NUMBER 4433, WHOSE SEQUENCE NUMBER IS 7, AND RESOURCE NAME IS O109Q0EM.
APK441I ACIF AT IM43P11 HAS COMPLETED ABNORMALLY WITH RETURN CODE 8.
ARS4309E 06/30/16 16:04:05 Indexing failed

That seems really, REALLY specific.  Can you post the output from arsafpd?

Have you provided this error to your document provider, and if so, what was their response?
