No Pages in: C:
« on: September 20, 2016, 07:55:21 AM »
Hello,
I am having an issue with a report that is being loaded to CMOD via an AS400.  Until this month I was able to open the report successfully.  Now when I try to open the report I get the 'No pages in' and it directs me to my hard drive.  When I click ok it says unable to initialize document.  Can anyone suggest how I might resolve this, or what could be causing this error?  I am on the most current version of OnDemand Client v9.5.0.5.
Thanks,
Mary Baeske

Sounds like a permissions issue.

Is your PC particularly 'locked down' for security?  Can you drag-and-drop or create a file in the DATA sub-directory where the CMOD Client is installed? Are you using the CMOD Client over Citrix?  Are other users having the same problem on different systems?  Can the file be accessed through a web-based client?
