Chrome Browser issue
« on: January 04, 2018, 08:21:03 AM »
We have a user using Content Navigator and Google Chrome...When he attempts to just view a document, it seems to automatically do a download to a .txt file...When he opens it, its just garbage...The issue is, what its even trying to do a download to the .txt file and not just opening up in the viewer...Anyone else have this kind of issue or know the cause?

Chrome, as well as Firefox, no longer supports java applets.
If you want to continue to use the ODWEK Line Data Viewer Applet, you'll need to use IE.
You can configure ICN to convert the line data files to PDF.
You can also upgrade ICN and ODWEK to take advantage of the new HTML5 Line Data Viewer

Hi Steve,

Can you please tell me what configuration and steps we need to follow in ICN for using HTML5 Line Data viewer .

We are on CMOD 10.1.0.4 and on ICN 3.0.4 version .
