arsload - TSM issue

Hi niteskum,

                      We are using TSM version 7.1.1 and cmod v 9.5 and db2 10.1 and when am trying to load the document the following error is occurring  even we checked the system logs but there is nop any information:  the tsm server is running fine  and connected to database

Looks like a storage issue. Go into the system log and look for logID's with "error" and see what you can find. It should point you to something TSM related

Hi jsquizz,

                   you are correct the system log shows the following information which is related to tsm:

TSM Error: ANS0266I (RC2302) The dsmEndTxn vote is ABORT, so check the reason field., Return Code=2302, Reason=11, File=arssmsms.cpp, Line=2428  Srvr->CMODTSM fe80::ad35:55bf:548c:ba03%12 non-SSL<-

what does q actlog say in TSM during load?
and what is the output in TSM of: q stgp   , is there maybe a storage pool 100% occupied?

i had an issue last week like this.

I searched by the log id, or just by "Error"

We solved it quickly.

Hi Justin,


                     Happy to share the info,When I was trying to load the document in TSM v7.1.1 I was getting the error which is already included in the thread, So as following the oduser group discussion I have gone through the system logs and found that we need the accept the current date if valid using "accept date" command and then we need to enable the  sessions using "enable sessions" command in tsm backup archive client command line utility,Am here by attching the screenshot too,please find the attachment.
