Shared cache path issue
« on: May 22, 2018, 03:04:22 AM »
Hi Everyone,

We are facing an issue regarding we  migrated cmod version 8.5 to 10.1 but while configuring  the new cmod v(10.1) we have pointed  to the old cache filesystem(where we given  share access to the filesystem)  the services are running fine in the new server
then we stopped the services of the old and tried the below things in the new server:

1.we tried to open the documents in client the document is found but when we try to open the content in not viewed.
2.When we tried to load the documents it is showing the following error in systemlogs which I  attached here.

Kindly help us.

Yeah, the links on IBM CMOD Windows don't support remote/network access -- last time I checked, they don't contain hostnames inside the links.  But I don't work with IBM CMOD for Windows very often anymore.

Do you think windows cmod will be depricated in the next release? I know whats a long shot, but just wondering.

I don't think so.  Too many shops are very windows-centric.
