We got a report that a couple of Print jobs did not successfully print. So (and all of this is new to us) we looked into the ODF Monitor and were surprised to find 234 Distributions were in error, and 24 Report Bundles were in error (see attached photo).
One of the things we learned was that if the distribution is in error status we cannot reprint it through the monitor. We've just started going down this Rabbit Hole, and are hoping for some pointers or advice. Is there any documentation on the Monitor? Are there a series of steps that other CMOD sites perform when running down errors listed in the monitor?
