We are setting up a lab environment for trial on CMOD 10.1 environment in RHEL which includes Cache storage and TSM storage.
When I go through the guide for System Migration facility,
These are the things I read in the IBM documentation
Migrate Application group data and index expire them and delete them and migrate the documents from Cache to Archive Storage.
It is advised to run arssyscr program to create the System Migration AG and the related tables and then create Storage Set and update the AG to the Storage set and run arsmaint program.
I require a clarification on below.
Is it possible to migrate the documents from cache to archive storage without migrating AG data and index using ARSMAINT?
arsmaint -cmsv -I archive [like this]?
Any help would be appreciated!
