Problem with unicode and CCSID

We have set up an instance with unicode. That causes two problems:
ASM/DSM runs into SQL errors if the Job does not run with CCSID 65535. It does not aggregate anything.
If i change the users profile to CCSID 65535 ADDRPTOND runs into an error because it does not find the passed applicationgroup. Is there a way to avoid that except acting with different users?

It is probably best if you open a case thru support.  We need a lot more information to help figure out your problem. 

I always run with an UTF8 instance and have never seen a problem like you describe.
