Hello,

anyone have an idea about how to sync all users and groups in different (ous) without choosing specific users or groups just by giving the names of the ous and it sync all the groups and users in this specific (ous)

Going to need more information on this one. Do you have an ldap administrator? Building ldap filters (searches) can be tricky if you're not familiar with the syntax. It may also just be that you'll have to make some changes on the ldap side.

Can you give me an example of some users you are trying to import from this different ou's?

hello rob,
i am trying to sync all groups in ou called FNCompliance (OU=FNCompliance,OU=FileNet,OU=DTP,DC=ECM,DC=com)
and ou called FNBranches(OU=FNBranches,OU=FileNet,OU=DTP,DC=ECM,DC=com)

my ARS_LDAP_BASE_DN=DC=ECM,DC=com that holding this OUs
and i have different users in this ous
the user I am trying to bind with called FnAdmin that exists in DC=ECM,DC=com

I should have asked what ldap server you are using because it could change how the filter is defined and maybe even if its possible.

The LDAP server that i am using is AD(Active Directory)
