unable to save PDF from ICN viewer- edge and chrome browsers
« on: April 16, 2021, 08:18:53 AM »
it works in IE but users are unable to save PDFs using EDGE or Chrome browsers. It only allows to save HTML documents. We can right click download as, but that's not always convenient.

Anyone found the setting to allow Adobe to remain the viewer and maintain all the controls of the Adobe viewer?

Could you clarify what you mean by 'ICN viewer'? Is this line data that you wish to have converted to PDF for end users?

AFP data converted to PDF using ricoh transform. ICN- content Navigator built in viewer, rather than using an external viewer like Acrobat.
