Downloading Spectrum Protect from Passport Advantage

Hello,
We've been unsuccessful trying to download the Spectrum Protect8.1 from IBM passport advantage.  We still pay maintenance on CMOD and we thought Spectrum Protect would come with this.  Has anyone had this issue and was able to resolve?

It should be available to you as one of the downloadable items.

Where is the process failing?  Or are you simply not able to find it?

The process fails in IBM PA.  The Spectrum Protect product do not show up, in our entitlement, even thought we pay for maintenance, for CMOD.   I have tried searching many different ways but  does not show up to be available for down load.  It would be helpful if we also knew the product ID for Spectrum Protect for Content Manager OnDemand for the windows version but can't seem to find that either.
