Missing toolbar

thick client 8506, user missing toolbar. under options - 'Show Toolbar' is checked. Tried unloading app and reloading. No avail.
Anyone know, how to get toolbar back?

Thank you. uninstalled application, deleted registry entry (IBM/OnDemand32), reinstalled application. toolbar available.
