Generally speaking, no. This is especially complicated because field names may be different between Application Groups, or the definitions of those types might be different (date/time vs. date).
You may be able to use arsxml to apply a standard query restriction across specific AGs:
- Set one App Group with the Query Restriction.
- Export that App Group Configuration using arsxml.
- Edit the output file to remove everything but the query restriction.
- Apply the xml file to a new Application Group with arsxml.
