Hi Folks,
We are seeing a strange issue within the system load folder. If we go to unload a document (right click, unload), it says 0 rows were deleted. If I check the report that I requested to delete, the indexes are still coming up but we get an error message, not sure what the exact wording is because I would have to reproduce the scenario, but it basically says it cant find the document in cache.
digging deeper into our cache file systems within the /retr directory, I see the file is gone.
Basically- The orphaned indexes being left behind, the error comes up via Thick client, ICN, and P8 as we are federating with filenet. Has anyone seen this error before? If so, what was the solution. I have an active PMR with IBM but I am getting NOWHERE and nothing but copies of excerpts from readme files
