Disable LDAP option on Administrator Client
« on: November 04, 2014, 02:46:58 PM »
Hi,

How I can disable the "LDAP Enable" option Administrator client was setting CMOD and LDAP, but as the login did not work then I modified the parameters of passwords and sensitive users, now I can not log in to the Client Manager and disable that option.

The server is Windows 2008 EE and CMOD 9.0.

thanks for the help!

You should still be able to log in as the "Admin" user, even if you can't log in under your own administrative ID.

If that doesn't work, you can reset the admin password to be a blank at the database level, and you should be able to log in with no password.
