Best practice. Max application groups per folder
« on: June 14, 2015, 07:04:31 AM »
Hi folks,

I'm abouting migrating Panagon (ancestor of CMOD) to CMOD and I'm attenpted  to federate a hundred of application groups under one folder.
I'm wondering if there is any performance issue about the max a number application groups to associate to a folder.

Thanks for your feedback,

Kader

You'll want to minimize the number of AGs per folder.

Whenever a folder is searched, each of the Application Groups is queried.  More tables queried = slower performance.
