Hi All,

CMOD version: 10.1.0.3
DB2: 11.1.0.0"
OS: Linux (RHEL)

We must migrate our CMOD from version 8.5 to 10.1.
I am testing different scenarios and every time I try loading documents (arsload), I get this error:
ARS1107E An error occurred. Contact your system administrator and/or consult the System Log. File=assailed. c, Line=16362
ARS4323E Unable to log load information.
All documents are loaded (I can open different documents (XML, PDF, ZIP...) and I see entries in SYSTEM LOG and SYSTEM LOAD tables.

command:
/opt/ibm/ondemand/V10.1/bin/arsload -v -u xxxxxx -p xxxxxxx -h cmodp2 -1 /cmodtmp/trace.log -2 ALL=15 -g "ZpizDokumentRT"   -a RTXML  /import_test/Testni_izvoz7.0.ZpizDokumentRT.RTXML

I have checked and re-checked all configuration files, dropped and recreated database. Today I have installed latest fix pack.
Does anyone have an idea what else can I do?

Kind regards,
Rok Brnot

Check the troubleshooting page on the CMOD wiki, and report back with your findings!  https://cmod.wiki/index.php?title=Troubleshooting_Content_Manager_OnDemand

You'll want to focus on the DB2 part, since the error message relates to the System Log, which is stored in the database.

Thank you Justin, but I still can't see where is the problem - there is no indication of an error in db2diag.log, CMOD can insert records in the system log and in the system load table, all documents were successfully loaded... I'll have to open a PMR...

Hi

If cache storage : have you set Quota for the TABLESPACE ?

If TSM : Check all system logs during loading document. It might be  storage set password expired.

Thanks !
Srinivas

Is there any chance you're using the IBM CMOD arslog Logging User Exit?
