Does anyone has already any experience with CMOD report distribution ?

It is now being called OnDemand Distribution Facility.
At the moment we are sending documents to customers by first extracting them from OD and then mail them via a lotus notes server. This goes wrong sometimes with big negative influence to customer because also lack of monitoring.
ODF has this all.
