I am trying to establish if the Web-based system administration capability is being used, or not.

Overview
The Web-based system administration client, also known as ODWA (OnDemand Web Admin) enables a subset of many common functions to be performed via a Web-based browser client. This client allows you to add, view, update, and delete users, groups, applications, application groups, folders, printers, and storage sets.

The Web-based system administration client was introduced with CMOD v8.4 in August 2007.

We are in the process of migrating from OD390 to CMOD - we've migrated our indexes for our 14 billion documents and are working on rolling the system out to our I/S areas and end-users. We are evaluating & looking into using ODWA; not really for day-to-day system administration but for any support activity that would be needed off hours.
