Error message ans1025e (RC137)
« on: June 21, 2011, 06:57:57 PM »
We had a password for a TSM node that expired in our DEV AIX environment.  We updated the password and we are getting the following error.

SM Error: ANS1025E (RC137)  Session rejected: Authentication failure, Return Code=137, Reason=0, File=arssmsms.cpp, Line=575  Srvr->da-ondap002.envoy.net 10.145.168.31<-

Does anyone know what we can do to get the password to work.

How does the TSM password interact with CMOD?

Thanks,

 Russell

Hello Russel,

maybe this is a dumb question, but you've changed the password in TSM (I assume), did you also change it in CMOD in the Storage Node from the concerned Storage Sets?

Cheers,
Alessandro

Alessandro,

Yes, I changed the node in the Storage Sets and got the error message yesterday.

I tried loading the files again this morning and they loaded successfully.  Not sure why it is working today and did not work yesterday when we the change was made.

Thanks for your response to the post.

Thanks.

Russell
