I have recently installed Report Distribution at my client AIX server where my MP CMoD v8.5 is installed. The problem I am currently facing is the although I have entered the SMTP parameters in the report distribution parameters window, I am not able to send emails to the users I attach the report. I cant send any email from the report distribution module, can you please help as we have tried to configure everything. Is there anything I am missing out?
I have however tried to send an sample test emails from AIX server by using the telnet commands through SMTP and the email was successfully sent. So I am sure that the settings done on the AIX server are correct, but not sure about the report distribution although I have followed the guide to installation properly.
